Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
• The Netherlands and Belgium
• All other EU countries
• Worldwide shipping available on request (email info@marenca.nl)

Processing & Dispatch
• Orders placed before 15:00 CET ship the same day
• Orders placed after 15:00 ship the next business day
• We ship Monday to Saturday (no Sunday dispatch)

Delivery Times
Netherlands – Next business day
Belgium – Next business day
Rest of EU – 2 to 5 business days

Netherlands – Free
Belgium – Free
EU countries – €4.95 or free above €100
Outside the EU – Contact info@marenca.nl for rates

Returns & Exchanges
• 30-day return window
• Items must be unused, unworn and returned in original packaging
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective
• Faulty items will be repaired or replaced at no cost
